What kind of human being is it that sends others to kill, maim and destroy other human beings?

What is it that causes those that are sent to kill, maim and destroy, to choose to do it rather than not do it?

How can sending or inciting others to kill be seen as anything other than anti-social behaviour? a sociopathic psychosis?

Our own politicians propose to see parents that smack their children as criminals, and yet they talk with the leaders of this country, support the leaders of this country without equal disapproval or thought of imposing deterrants.

The politicians of the world are not the people we are led to believe they are. Not worthy of our trust, Why do the people not insist on guidelines for their behaviour and limitations on their power to ill effect our lives?
